Training at Fluid form is simply the most body & life changing exercise I've been lucky enough to find. As a child I trained 25 hours a week as a gymnast and as an early adult I coached and trained a cross-fit style of exercise 5 days a week. Due to chronic pain in my knees and lower back I stopped all exercise for 2 years. My body and posture was unstable, dysfunctional, aching, and costing me literally thousands of dollars in osteo, chiro and massage, yet I thought I was strong. Then I found Kirsten, and the team.
In nine months I have gained 3kg of muscle, transformed my body shape,
been able to go back to adult gymnastics strong, stable and avoid injury.
Though putting results aside, ultimately I believe the reason why I love Fluid Form over all other studios I have tried is due to me finding more than just an instructor and a workout. I have found a coach, a mentor and true inspiration.
I can't speak highly enough about Kirsten and the team at Fluidform. The classes are small and the instruction highly personalised to suit your individual capability and fitness, while also challenging you where appropriate. Since starting Pilates my back issues have improved significantly and I am much, much stronger and more flexible. I look forward to every session and invariably leaving the studio feeling supremely stretched, toned and energised as a result.
I have been attending Equipment Pilates sessions at Fluidform since the studio was founded over 10 years ago. Fluid Forms philosophy of having a core team of instructors and small group session really works well for me. They understand the idiosyncrasies of my body and continuously evolve a program to help me overcome my niggles.
My weekly Fluid Form sessions improves my quality of life …. can’t do without it.

After having both hips replaced, I was searching for a way of building strength, isolating muscles and keeping fit which didn’t place too much stress on my body. Pilates was the perfect solution and Fluid Form Pilates is my favourite place to work out. I love the studio because I think the instructors are professional, experienced, personally caring and highly intuitive to my needs. I highly recommend Fluidform Pilates.
ABBIEI started back at fluidform 5 weeks after having my second baby.I couldn't wait to get back into it because I knew from my first baby how tough the first few months of constant feeding, rocking and carrying can be on your body! The dedicated mums and bubs classes mean I can bring my baby along and theprogram is tailored for each new mum. During my pregnancy and post natal, I felt like I was in very safe hands from team led by Kirsten who knows first hand what pregnancy, labour and early parenthood is all about!
